Erneute Installation Office Professional Plus 2013 auf neuem Notebook

Ich habe sowohl eine Office Home and Student Version 2007 und eine Office Professional Plus 2013 erworben.

Aufgrund von Hardwareproblemen bei meinem bisherigen Notebook muss ich die Office Software erneut - auf einem neu gekauften Notebook - installieren. Die Installations-CDs sowie die Product-Keys liegen mir vor.

Der Installationsversuch von der CD "Office Professional Plus 2013" - das war die zuletzt installierte Version - ist 2 x fehlgeschlagen; dabei wurde der eingegebene Produkt-Key als korrekt angezeigt.

Leider finde ich für diese Situation keine Lösung auf den Microsoft Support Seiten.

Kann mir jemand bei der Installation helfen bzw. mir die Vorgehensweise erklären?

nein, diesem Microsoft Konto wurde bisher keine andere Lizenz von Office 365 zugeordnet.

Ich besitze noch einen Desktop PC. Auf diesem läuft Office Professional Plus 2013, das ich im Rahmen des Home Use Program von Microsoft erworben habe.

Das Office 365 Personal habe ich für mein neues Notebook erworben.

Auf dem Notebook war auch keine Testversion von Office 365 vorinstalliert, denn eigentlich wollte ich auf dem Notebook auch Office Professional Plus 2013 installieren.

Doch aufgrund der Lizenzbestimmungen kann ich es nicht für dieses Notebook nutzen.

Nach deiner Beschreibung wurde bereits zuvor eine Testversion von Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus auf diesem PC installiert. In diesem Fall wird eine erneute Installation verweigert, weil nur die einmalige Installation einer Testversion zugelassen
ist.

Liegt dieser Fall bei dir vor?

Wann wurde die Testversion von Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus heruntergeladen und installiert?

Soll Microsoft Access 2013 als Einzelanwendung installiert werden? Wurde hierzu eine Lizenz erworben?

Nach Ablauf des Testzeitraumes muss Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus deinstalliert werden, weil diese Version für Endkunden nicht verfügbar ist. Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus ist nur im Rahmen von Volumenlizenzprogrammen und speziellen Microsoft
Lizenzprogrammen erhältlich.

Deinstalliere das Drittprogramm CCCleaner und mache zuvor alle Änderungen durch das Programm rückgängig. Unterstützung gibt der Hersteller des Drittprogramms.

Starte den PC neu.

Bitte lade das Microsoft Fix-It herunter, speichere dieses und führe es aus, um Microsoft Office 2013 vollständig zu entfernen:

Starte den PC neu.

Führe das Microsoft Fix-It erneut aus.

Starte den PC neu.

Installiere Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus neu. Wähle die Installation aller Programmbestandteile aus.

Konnte die Installation und Aktivierung von Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden?

Wurden alle Office-Programme installiert?

Starte Microsoft Windows 7 neu.

Bitte führe das o.a. Microsoft Fix-It erneut aus.

Installiere anschließend Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus in der 32-bit Version.
