Error 500 when trying to open another office 365 account

Hi, when trying to open another Office 365 account within Outlook Office 365 online, I`m receiving "error 500". Looks like a common problem, but I don`t know how to solve. Thanks for support if anybody knows how to solve.

Why can't Microsoft push out another update to correct this issue. All MS Office Apps will not open or create and save any docs in Excel, Word or Powerpoint. When is the next update coming with a fix so we don't have to spend all the time and effort to correct the error MS created with the update by uninstalling and reinstalling.

If you want to copy Sways from another user's account before deleting it, use the Duplicate button that appears in the ... menu when you open the Sway. When doing this, the new Sway will have a different URL, but it will be a full copy. Let me know if
that doesn't work for you.

PS: I could resolve the problem accidentally while trying to resolve another: it seems necessary to deactivate the Adobe Reader XI option "enable protected mode upon start" before adding or editing database records. Then Access embeds the PDF in such way
that the zoom function is afterwards working correctly.

However, double-clicking on the PDF in an Access form opens it, but after closing the Adobe Reader there is an error message the record "cannot be updated" (even without any changes - that is, no update necessary) and the form has to be closed brutally otherwise
scrolling the database is blocked [that is my other, still open problem].
