Every year: GMX doesn't work with Outlook Android app

Now, after 6 month, the problem is solved. An MS update uninstalled an apple plugin. Now it starts normal and every thing runs fine, after it did not work for 1/2 a year and two new installation attempts.

And the login with the Android outlook.com app did work with the outlook.com address.
It's a shame that about 10 trys to sort this issue with MS support did not work. When the actual solution is that simple. Also it's a shame this is not mentioned anywhere, that it has to be an outlook account.

I tried this also a dozen times to no avail.
<br />Also I have access to not just this one Microsoft Mail account and all the other are working just fine but only my main account isn't.
<br />So I can also exclude that this is a problem related to any of my devices.
<br />As this "testconnectivity.microsoft.com" thingy also works with every of my other acounts but not with my main account let me come to the conclusion that the error is on the server side.
<br />Edit: For the desktop Application "Outlook" it is working fine. But that's not my problem, my Problem is everything else like the "GMail Android" App and even "Microsoft Windows Mail" will not work.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that doesn't work either. The "contacting support" popup with a loading icon is there for an infinite amount of time (waited half an hour once). I am quite desperate at this point.

das Problem besteht weiterhin. Wenn ich Identity safe deaktiviere kann ich mich bei Hotmail normal anmelden.

Gib mal bei Google die nachfolgende Suche ein, da findest du eine Reihe von gleichen Anfrage. Eine Lösung von Microsoft liegt noch nicht vor.
