Excel document changes to Aptos Narrow

Hello Rudolph,

as you can see, on the picture, the document`s name below the documents picture preview is not seen in full(text).

The name of the document is only seen, if, the mouse pointer / finger rolls over the document = tip function.

The point is, if all my personal templates begins with the same document name, i have to roll over all documents by mouse / finger to finde the right one.

Is there a way change the view, to see at glance the name of the document, without to roll over every one?

To set Word so that all documents always open in editable mode, follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Word.

2. Click on the "File" tab in the upper left corner of the screen.

3. Click on "Options" at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

4. In the Word Options dialog box, click on "Advanced" in the left-hand menu.

5. Scroll down to the "Editing options" section.

6. Make sure the "Allow only this type of editing in the document" option is unchecked.

7. Check the box next to "Open e-mail attachments and other uneditable files in reading view".

8. Click "OK" to save the changes.

ADDITIONALLY, By default, Word opens documents in "Read Mode" which is designed to make reading and reviewing documents easier. If you prefer to always open documents in "Editable Mode", you can change this setting in Word's options. Here's how:

Open Word and click on "File" in the top left corner.

Click on "Options" in the left-hand menu.

Click on "General" in the left-hand menu.

In the "Startup options" section, uncheck the box next to "Open e-mail attachments and other uneditable files in reading view".

Click "OK" to save the changes.

Now, when you open a document in Word, it will always open in "Editable Mode". If you want to switch back to "Read Mode", you can do so by clicking on the "View" tab in the ribbon and selecting "Read Mode" from the "View" options.

<br />ich habe nochmal recherchiert und folgende Microsoft Support-Artikel gefunden:

<br />Add the file name, date, author or other document properties to a header or footer (microsoft.com)
<br />Ich mache eigentlich genau das, was in den Artikeln beschrieben ist: Document library properties (s. erster Artikel) über die Quick Parts in den Header, Footer (s. zweiter Artikel) und in den Text hinzu. Kannst du bitte nochmal bestätigen, dass diese document library properties innerhalb des Dokumententexts nicht mehr unterstützt werden?

Aber wie kann es denn bitte sein, das ein Excel-Sheet nicht mit dem mobilen Office bearbeitet werden kann, aber z.B. Documents to go.

With some Office 365 subscriptions the default Date format Is set to American Date which Is not always convenient.

Because Excel Online Is Actually a SharePoint online site we need to make the change Office 365 OneDrive site settings.

Solltest du Probleme wegen der Sprache oder der Umsetzung haben, frag gerne nach.
