Exception in exception handler

Hallo zusammen,

Ich versuche seit drei Tagen command and conquer 3 zum Laufen zu bekommen aber jedes Mal bekomme ich die Meldung " exception in exception handler"

Was ich schon probiert habe :

Neue Installation

Öffnen im Kompatibilitätsmodus (als admin)

Installation im Kompatibilitätsmodus

Alle Treiber aktualisieren

Ereignissprotokoll geprüft und und aufgrund fehlerhafter Dateien den kompletten PC scannen und reparieren lassen (Restoro)

Und jetzt weiß ich langsam nicht mehr weiter

Vielleicht kann ja jemand helfen
