Fehlermeldung beim Ausdruck PDF - Error! Use the Home tab to apply Überschrift 1 to the...

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin so langsam ratlos und im Netz finde ich keine wirkliche Hilfe.

Die Thematik wurde jedoch schon einmal aufgegriffen (https://answers.microsoft.com/de-de/msoffice/forum/msoffice_word-mso_mac-mso_mac2016/fehlermeldung-error-use-the-home-tab-to-apply/60391294-59bc-4ec1-89a9-90c706c2fe19), jedoch hatte es mir leider nicht geholfen.

Folgende Problematik:

Bei Einfügen der Kopfzeile aus den Vorlage-Überschriften ist in Word selbst alles stimmig. Beim Exportieren in PDF und somit zum Ausdruck des Dokumentes erscheint "Error! Use the Home tab to apply Überschrift 1 to the text that you want to appear here."

Diese Meldung sehe ich erst beim Exportieren in ein PDF; vorher ist alles normal und Word findet die Überschriften.

An der Sprache kann es nicht liegen, da unter Extra - Sprache - Deutsch als Standardsprache ausgewählt ist.

Weiß jemand eine Lösung?

Übrigens benutze ich einen Mac und kein Windows.

Hallo Galin,

das Dokument wird nicht heruntergeladen.

Aus der SharePoint Bibliothek wird das Word Dokument über das Drei-Punkte Menü als Vorschau geöffnet. Die Anzeige der Kopfzeile ist dann korrekt.

Aus der Vorschau wird Drucken ausgwählt. Jetzt wird das Dokument in ein PDF gewandelt, Ausschnitt aus der Browser URL:

https://northeurope1-mediap.svc.ms/transform/pdf?provider=spo&inputFormat=docx&cs=fFNQTw&docid=

Jetzt wird die Kopfzeile mit der Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Error! Use the Home tab to apply Überschrift 1 to the text that you want to appear here.

Das ist unabhängig vom Browser und ist auf anderen Rechnern auch so.

Und kannst du das Dokument lokal herunterladen?

Damit wir verstehen können, ob es mit SharePoint verbunden ist oder mit Word Anwendung.

Das Problem liegt in der Version des Dokuments, wo es erstellt wurde. Das Dokument konnte in einer Englischen Word Version erstellt werden und dann in deutscher Version benutzt werden. Bitte prüf die Information im besprochenen

Thema.

gibt es irgendwelche Neuigkeiten zu dieser Frage?

Kann der Fehler nachvollzogen werden?

- Liegt der Fehler im Word-Dokument bei den Word Feldfunktionen?

- Liegt der Fehler in der PDF Wandlung im SharePoint?

Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, diesen Fehler zu umgehen?

Wir möchten im SharePoint die Worddokumente in PDF wandeln und dann im SharePoint die PDF Dateien teilen. Wenn jedoch die Umwandlung nicht fehlerfrei funktioniert, müssen wir andere Wege, Software, etc. nutzen.
