File Preview Not Working in Outlook Web

Hello everyone,some of my users have encountered the following issue:When they receive an email with an attachment e.g., .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, etc. and try to open it in the preview pane, they only see a blank grey preview instead of the actual document.This issue occurs sporadically and cannot be reliably reproduced.Affected Environment:Browser: Google Chrome latest version Microsoft Edge latest versionOperating System: Windows 11 23H2 / 24H2Unfortunately, I cannot share the full email due to privacy concerns, but I have attached a screenshot for reference.Do you have any insights on wh

Vergiss es. Es wird zwar nicht offen kommuniziert, aber das Tool ist faktisch (seit über einem Jahr) tot, da kümmert sich keiner mehr drum.
 Beispiel:

 Dennoch kleiner Hinweis: das Tool analysiert den Sourcecode der Web-Seiten (auf dem Server !), also kein Wunder, bei der unendlichen Vielzahl von möglichen Tricks, dass so manches nicht geht.

Hat es den vorher funktioniert?

Was hast Du genauer schon versucht?

Bitte überprüfe in Outlook/ Datei / Optionen / Trust Center / Einstellungen für das Trust Center/ Anlagebehandlung / ob die
Anlagenvorschau nicht deaktiviert ist.

Des Weiteren - ob unter Anlagen- und Dokumentvorschau alles aktiviert ist. Siehe Bild:

Weitere Lösungsansätze gibt es hier:

"Diese Datei kann keine Vorschau angezeigt werden, da keine Vorschau installiert ist" Fehler bei der Vorschau von Excel-Arbeitsmappen in Outlook 2016 -
Update falls nicht auf dem neusten Stand, ansonsten die Registerschlüssel ändern.

Outlook 2016 + Excel Preview funktioniert nicht.
Das gleiche noch Mal von der Community.
