Fix Bluetooth Connection to a mouse - can not see the mouse available

Hi Peter,

thanks for the fast response.

I am using a surface 5 and an original Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse.

Unfortunately, the keyboard and mouse center will not detect the Bluetooth mouse and also the original Microsoft Surface Type Cover.

I also tried to connect with a standard USB Keyboard. Also does not work.

Here is the fault report:

"No supported Hardware could be found"

as you can see, on the picture, the document`s name below the documents picture preview is not seen in full(text).

The name of the document is only seen, if, the mouse pointer / finger rolls over the document = tip function.

The point is, if all my personal templates begins with the same document name, i have to roll over all documents by mouse / finger to finde the right one.

Is there a way change the view, to see at glance the name of the document, without to roll over every one?

Why can you not disable it? Like if Im using a mouse in combination with the tablet it would be enough if looks like the same as the normal desktop version.

Currently, you can only choose fonts and colors available in the Design pane (click the Customize button at the top of it to see the available selections). We are considering more customizability in this area for the future, however.

Are you having OneDrive from your work? There could be several reasons for OneDrive not connecting. Here are some steps you can try:

-Check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable and fast connection.
-Restart the OneDrive app or your device.
-Check if there are any updates available for OneDrive.
-Log out and log back into your OneDrive account.
-Check if the OneDrive service is down or not by visiting the OneDrive service status page. https://portal.office.com/servicestatus
-Disable your firewall or antivirus temporarily to see if that's causing the issue.
-If you still cannot connect, try resetting the OneDrive app or reinstalling it. https://support.microsoft.com/office/34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c
- Try in a browser or another device
