Folder sharing option is not visible in Outlook

Hey everyone,I am working as an IT-Support in a company with many users.Recently one of them is facing the issue that the folder sharing option under folder properties is not visible for her.I have tried everything I still can’t manage to share or see the share option of any folder.I managed to add the share option in the Ribbon but I can’t use it and its always in grey.I reinstalled outlook but still nothing helped.Did anyone face the issue before?I am trying to attach some screenshots but it’s not working :

Thanks, Brian for your fast response, unfortunately, the folder is still missing. Outlook repair option has not helped either.

It is just a HTML E-Mail I opened in Outlook - and I made the ruler visible, as normally it is not shown at all.

aktiviert?
