Forza Horizon 4: Download and Launch Problems

Hi,

I have bought Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition and downloaded it successfully.

After a week or two i then bought the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate-Add-Ons Bundle.


After this, the game was always crashing at launch. I used this article:

I did everything included in this article except cheching HDD transfer speed because I don't know what value this is supposed to have for the game to work.


Now, after a reinstall, I was able to launch it.

Every time I started my PC I turned off my Windows Defender, started it via "My Library" and mostly for the third time it did launch.

This process was kind of annoying but I had no problem with it.


After a break I of a few days I wanted to play again, but this time it said:

"The app cannot be opened. You can get additional information in the Windows Store about "Forza Horizon 4"".


I searched for the problem and found this article:

I followed the steps at the bottom of this article, went to the Microsoft Store and it said, that I unfortunenately had to reinstall again, so I started the reinstall and another error was shown in the Microsoft Store: an unexpected error occured (Code: 0x80073D03).


I am sorry, but I did not save the crash log from the everyday crashes before it stopped working entirely and the "The app cannot be opened"-Error does not create a log.
