Get a List of Meetings in certain Rooms

I've seen that there is a way to configure Rooms when creating a meeting for example i could put the room or location on Office, so that the meeting is taking place in the office. However, i was wondering if there was any way to get a list or html site of all meetings that have a specific location...For example so i can configure a monitor in front of our meeting room, that shows the events meetings that take place there...maybe someone can give me some tipps or input...thanks guys

Ich habe den Befehl ausgeführt. Dieser hatte aber weitere Fehlermeldungen zur Folge.

Ich konnte nun das Problem aber mit einer vertieften Suche im internet lösen. Nachfolgend ist mein Lösungsweg beschrieben.

Set a Room Mailbox to Show Details of a Meeting in its Calendar:

Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
$UserCredential = Get-Credential
$Session = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri
https://outlook.office365.com/powershell-liveid/ -Credential $UserCredential -Authentication Basic -AllowRedirection
Import-PSSession $Session
Set-MailboxFolderPermission -AccessRights LimitedDetails -Identity
Room:\calendar -User default
Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity Room -AddOrganizerToSubject $true -DeleteComments $false -DeleteSubject $false
Remove-PSSession $Session

Mit diesen Schritten wird beim Room Kalender nun angezeigt wer den Raum gebucht hat.

<br />Based on the conditions found there are multiple choice answers (a drop down menu)
<br />If certain conditions are found a part of the checklist no longer applies. so these should be canceled, for that checklist, so that someone, who might have forgotten his coffee does not do unnecessery checklist steps

Auf der MSXFAQ Seite steht folgendes zu dem Fehlercode:

a. Attempt to sync a meeting request that contains an attendee list that exceeds 16K characters.

b. Attempt to sync a calendar item that contains a large number of exceptions.

c. Make sure you have enough free memory on the device.

User Action:

Obtain the latest Pocket PC End User Update from your service provider.
Try a soft reset of the device

Ich kann bei mir mit demselben Befehl

Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity room@domäne.de:/Kalender -user default -AccessRights LimitedDetails

die Berechtigungen schon erteilen. Was passiert, wenn du nach Berechtigungen prüfen willst?

Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity room@domäne.de:/Kalender -User default

Man kann sonst die Ordnersprache des Postfachs mit folgendem Befehl herausfinden

Get-MailboxRegionalConfiguration -Identity room@domäne.de -VerifyDefaultFolderNameLanguage | fl

That is very cool. Good t know that others have the same issue and got a work around. Even better would be a microsoft that listens to users and get rid of this bug feature. next version of office? Would that be possible? That'll be awesome!
