I have the problem that I don't get direct emails from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, their advertising arrives but important emails don't. They are not in my spam folder, nor are they blocked, and there are no rules active that prevent them from contacting me. ftmo always says that I have marked them as spam, which is not the case. But it is actually displayed that way.

 das war (leider) die Antwort von MS Support:
 "I have checked with my internal team regarding this issue and have an update on this. As of now currently the feature to disable the Power Automate option in the SharePoint site is not available anymore. Developer has implemented this in the past but due to some issue this was disabled again. Even after successfully executing the power shell commands the options cannot be disable from the SharePoint sites.
 

 We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced. The developer team is working on this feature to put back in to the place, but we don't have an ETA on this. As this might take long time to get available. "

Anyway, thanks for being patient and supportive, I appreciate it.

I still don't really get what the take home message is (I DO have the original email in my mailbox, and the colleague to answer WAS the first one to answer, so she DID answer to the original email we both have in our inboxes).

It seems to be tremendously complicated where in Gmail it worked all fine, but I'll be able to live with retracing original attachments, a first world problem, but still think it's not very convenient.

I purchased the Microsoft 365 single (1 year subscription) directly from lenovo germany offcial website along with my laptop.
I do not get any error, but I am asked to add product key or purchase again a subscription .
