Groups/ Teams are not displayed correctly in Outlook when accessed via Citrix

When opening Outlook via Citrix, not all team groups are displayed in some cases. When accessing via the browser, all groups are displayed. Why does this not work via Citrix? Unfortunately, the user cannot share documents from these teams/groups via Outlook. It only affects 2-3 groups that are not displayed to the user. This missing function is annoying. The user has to log in to Outlook in the browser or generate the links directly from the teams. Is there a tip to ensure that all groups are also displayed in the Outlook app?

Hi Hehli,

Sway does have a built-in search function for searching for content within the Sway itself as well. When viewing your Sway, it can be accessed via the magnifying glass button in the upper right when editing or via the ... menu when viewing your Sway (Ctrl+f
is the shortcut to bring it up in English, I'm not sure if that's the same or different in German).

ich habe auf mail.live.com überhaupt keinen Ordner namens "Notes" - trotzdem bekomme ich folgende Nachricht:

One or more folders in your mailbox have name conflicts with others or system reserved names.

Folders with these names can't be downloaded by your IMAP e-mail program.

Notes

Please connect to your mailbox using your Web browser and rename those folders. Once renamed, those folders will be displayed in your IMAP e-mail application correctly.

In meinem Outlook-Programm kann ich keine Notes anzeigen, die Aufgaben funktionieren auch nicht mehr wie früher. Mit diesem "verbinden Sie Ihr outlook-Konto" ist alles durcheinander geraten ...

Handelt es sich dabei um eine bestimmte Datei oder um mehrere?

Ist diese Datei in einen /mehrere Unterordner?

Was passiert, wenn du diese Datei in den Stammordner von OneDrive for Business verschiebst/kopierst - kannst du sie von dort öffnen?

Kannst du diese Datei öffnen, wenn du sie herunterlädst?

Wie lange ist der Name der Datei inklusive Pfad? Bitte beachte, dass es eine Beschränkung auf 256 Zeichen gibt.
