Dear Microsoft Support,My Microsoft account has been hacked. When I try to recover it, I receive the message that the account does not exist. However, when I attempt to create a new account using the same address, I am told that the username is already taken.This leads me to believe that the account was either renamed or deleted. I would like to know if the account still exists internally, if it was suspended by Microsoft, or if someone else has accessed or changed it.I am the rightful owner and can provide previous passwords, known contacts, used services such as Xbox, Skype, or OneDrive, a
