HD Videos on iPad are only in the upper Third of the screen

There are many types of student Office 365 licences, most do not include the full desktop versions of the Office 365 applications . . .

You should contact the IT department of your education facility and ask them what type of Office 365 licence you are entitled to, that most likely only includes the online free versions of the apps, like on the links below . . .

Currently, you can only insert individual pieces of audio content. The reader needs to play each one individually when it comes on the screen. To insert them, try inserting an Audio card from the Cards pane and then click the Add an audio file button on
the card.

Are you able to open the files?

Is the problem that when you are only able to open the files in Read Only mode?

Where your files save to a CD or DVD? If so, the "Read Only" attribute may have been set on and can be turned off by right clicking on a file in Windows Explorer or the File Explorer and then left click on Properties.,

On the mobile phone, only the first parts of the sway can be illustrated. It is not possible to read or scroll down the rest of the text.

I would like to send the link from the Sway as a newsletter to our customers. Most people read your mail on the phone. Please have a look at the screen shot bellow. More is not readable of the newsletter.
