HDR and second display Monitor woes

So I recently got a new monitor. All worked fine, till suddenly, after quitting a 640x480 fullscreen game, my primary monitor wasn't picked up. I reseated the cables, tried different ports, but for some reason, one monitor always wasn't picked up. Both were picked up and worked without any issues indepentently though for some reason HDR was turned on on the primary monitor, but if you plugged in both Radeon Software would only show one and Windows display manager would show the other one, but as being "not active".I did discover a workaround, that being switching to "duplicate" and THEN "ext
