Help me sign in to OneDrive App

Have you tried resetting the excel app? Kindly try these steps: Close all the Office apps and go to iPad Settings. Find Excel and then select Reset Excel. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials. Start one of your Office for iPad apps, sign back in using your Microsoft account and check if the issue has been fixed. Let me know if this works.

I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

Please try to re-install OneDrive:

1. Uninstall the OneDrive app by pressing and holding the OneDrive app icon. Tap the 'X' in the corner and then accept the confirmation message to delete it.

2. Enable your device's Location Services. Changes in location are used to trigger background activity and is recommended by Apple. For more information, visit Apple Support.

3. Perform a “soft reset” by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. You can let go of both buttons after the Apple logo appears.

4. Reinstall the OneDrive app from the App Store.

5. Make sure that OneDrive is kept up-to-OneDrivedate by enabling it in your device's Settings > General > Background App Refresh.

<br />Unfortunately, it seems that my post was somehow translated into Polish and posted in the respective community. As I do not actually understand Polish, I used machine translation for your answer and what I understood is that you recommend me to force stop the app, clear the cache and uninstall/reinstall the app. Force stop and clearing the cache did not solve the issue and on the current Samsung models uninstallation of OneDrive is not possible (or extremely cumbersome).
<br />Meanhwile I decided to use a different App for my needs, as the problem with OneDrive view persists and is too time intense for me to get resolved.

Ist mit "firmenspezifischen Server" einen lokalen SharePoint Server gemeint? Wenn ja, dann geht es um eine Funktionalitätseinschränkung der App.



In der Beschreibung der App steht: "For you to sign in to OneDrive for Business, your organization needs to have a qualifying SharePoint Online or Office 365 business subscription plan. You can't sign in with an account from an on-premises directory."
