Help me sign in to the Outlook mobile app

Hallo,ich habe Outlook auf mehreren Geräten installiert, kann mich aber auf meinem Tablet nicht in meinem Konto anmelden.Ich verstehe schon nicht, warum ich auf dem Tablet alle Angaben zum "Konto hinzufügen" machen muss, obwohl ich diese Angaben auf dem Laptop alle gespeichert habe und auf beiden Geräten mit meinem Microsoft-Konto angemeldet bin. Warum können diese Angaben nicht automatisch übernommen werden? Jedenfalls habe ich alle Infos richtig eingetragen IMAP-Hostname, Kennwörter, Ports etc., bekomme dann aber den Hinweis "Anmeldung nicht möglich".Was kann ich tun?Danke vorab und freund

Have you tried resetting the excel app? Kindly try these steps: Close all the Office apps and go to iPad Settings. Find Excel and then select Reset Excel. Slide to enable Delete Login Credentials. Start one of your Office for iPad apps, sign back in using your Microsoft account and check if the issue has been fixed. Let me know if this works.

Unfortunately the share menu does not have an option for Outlook, only the mail app. The only workaround for this is to save the file and manually attach to an outlook message.

Thanks for your answer but I am not sure to sign out at my mobile device because there it comes the message that the not synchronized data will get lost in case I sign out.

You can contact in-app support - Log into Outlook.com on the web using a PC or Mac. If you log in from a mobile device, you need to use the desktop site.

Click the ? icon on the Help tab to open the Help menu.

Type a question. Scroll to the end of the research results and click Yes for Still need help?
