Help Needed: Recovering a Blocked Microsoft Account Without Access to Old Phone Number

Hallo- ich habe beide Formulare ausgefüllt.

Beim: Formular zur Wiederherstellung des Kontos habe ich folgende Antwort bekommen:

Leider kommt bei mir die Option : Telefonnummer einzugeben nicht. Daraufhin habe ich wieder den Support kontaktiert, bekomme aber immer die gleiche E-Mail.

Was kann ich noch machen! Ich habe glaube ich in meinem Account keine Telefonnummer hinterlegt gehabt wenn ja ist es evtl. noch meine Alte Rufnummer
<br />die ich nicht mehr habe! Wie komme ich an mein Account?

<br />I have already tried the link you have mentioned. To use the Microsoft Support page does not work for me. I got forwarded from article to article but it does not fix my problem. Finally I found a MS phone number I called, but without success since the recorded voice recommend as "private user" check the web support page. I turn in a cycle.
<br />I also spend a lot of time with my Microsoft Account at "payment and billing". But always I got forwarded to the Microsoft Support page.
<br />So, I wrote the above request to the community to see if someone can help.

This phone number is not reachable from abroad, neither on mobile nor on landline.

The links you posted for somebody with a similar problem in Australia do not help either.

Microsoft is not able to help via phone nor email and its perhaps only a minor change in the regional settings that has to be performed even via a step by step menu that somebody could post here...

I tried to reach Microsoft support, only found a scam phone number where Microsoft charged 20 cent just to hang up later on.
