Die Berechtigungsstufen mit den entsprechenden Rechten an sich sind bekannt.

Es geht darum, ob, wenn der Zugriff von einer third party Applikation aus erfolgt, es seitens Microsoft "Mindeststandards" für die zu erteilenden Berechtigungen gibt. Das ist zumindest das, was der Hersteller uns sagt ->
"user will need to have at least reviewer permissions on the calendars that they are trying to open in Outlook.
This is a limitation of Outlook integrating with third party apps".

<br />I bought the licence from a third-party provider and made a note in my licences at the time. There I noted "See OneDrive account". Unfortunately, this means I don't have a key.

soweit ich das richtig beurteile, bezieht sich das ganze einfach nur auf die Rechte, die ein Nutzer in Outlook für bestimmte Kalender hat.

... hört sich für mich so an, dass der Account eben Schreib-Zugriff auf den entsprechenden Kalender haben muss, damit die App das auch hat.

Ich hoffe, dass ich das richtig interpretiert hab. Im Zweifelsfall wäre es sinnvoll, den Hersteller der Software diesbezüglich zu kontaktieren.

Bei weiteren Anliegen helfe ich gerne weiter.

- How do you access your emails using Outlook app or Outlook.com web?

- What email domain provider you are using is it @Outlook.com/Hotmail or a third-party email address?

The error you are getting is usually happen if there are 2 or more folders have the same folder name.

You can open your emails using a browser or if you are using the app , check the folders that has the same name and delete them.

You need to expand all your folders for you to locate them.

Once deleted you need to delete it as well in the deleted items folder.
