I got the following message: "The daily message limit helps us free the world from spammers--we're sorry that it's getting in your way. Thanks, The Outlook.com Team", and Outlook blocked my account for the rest of the day. How can I avoid this blockage in the future ?

I have the same problem with my server i have contacted the Microsoft Support Team with you form. The support team send me Instructions what i have to check. No check failed but I am still blocked and they can not give me details why iam blocked to solve this problem. Is there a public list with blocking reason for microsoft blocklists or any way to solve the receiving problem of microsoft mail servers?

I changed from my provider 1&1 exactly for that reason because I was told to try a provider outside of EU. Now I´m ending up with the same problem.

Keeping the world free of spammers is indeed a wonderful idea.

Is there however a possibility to avoid the daily message limit as NGO?

 So I know how to determine if I have internet connection or not but I don't know how to control Outlook with the information. I have to see how I can do it ew differently. The best would be to start an Outlook macro from outside, if that is possible at all.
