How can I solve synchronization problems with onenote?

I use Microsoft applications with my university account. I use OneDrive to synchronize all my documents including word, onenote etc. OneDrive also works properly. However, synchronization of OneNote is not possible, even though I am signed in with my university account and can use OneNote normally. OneNote suggests to sign in again to solve the problem. However, when I want to sign in, this is not possible because it doesn't accept university accounts.

My english are not the best, why i wrote in german.

I can`t see in this community, that the problem with this app are discussed.

I find nothing, that in the next time microsoft solve this problem.

Thread gefunden wo erklärt wird, wie du dieses abstellen kannst. Leider ist dieser nur in Englisch. Ich hoffe dieser hilft dir trotzdem weiter.

Unfortunately I can't find the files by searching them or in Word.
1. I don't have an 365 Abo, do you know if I can use the "Reset my whole OneDrive"-function also if I only buy the Abo now? Does it work retroperspectively? If yes, I think this could solve my problem.
2. Do you know what happens with OneDrive files when one overwrites them with "Copy+replace"? This is how I lost my file and still it's not in the bin.
