How can I sort data, that I first sorted and then changed, back to the original order?

"if I add my IMAP account to the end of the Favorites list (Gmail), then the sort order remains. Once I move it up the list, the sort order becomes corrupted."



"you don't even have to have two windows open when you close - just right-click on mail (or any of the others really) and select "open in new window" as soon as the first window opens and you have a clean, correctly sorted window. You can then close the
previous window with the sort issue and enjoy the rest of your Outlook session... 5 seconds work max."

I figured it out, it works now!
The idea is to create the textbox first including the content status field.

Then, it can be saved as a new text box. After that I have recorded a new macro to insert the text box.

The way I tried it was the following:
I inserted the text box first and then I tried to insert the status field into the text box and that didn't work.

Thanks a lot for the reply! If you dont mind, I would like to elobarate my question in english. First problem is that I would like to add a word document (coverpage) to my word document. This coverpage is already prepared. But I have to merge this two word documents. How is it possible? The second problem is when I add a header in the coverpage, it appears in the other pages also. How can I fix the header just in the first page? Third problem is that I have deleted some references in the bibliography, when I update the bibliography, the deleted references don't disappear. How can I fix it?

All options related to fonts and colors can be accessed by clicking Design, then Styles, and then Customize. If you have any questions about what the different options do, feel free to respond and I can answer.

I know about the three options but my problem is, i want to change, for example, only the color of the title. how i can modify the design specific for that part of my sway i want.

Here is what I originally typed:

You can create form letters in Access that can read from multiple records much more easily. You can use text blocks that concatenate in data fields. and then have rows in your detail band or maybe a subreport, to display the multi-row data.

So it translated concatenate to chained and detail band to detail book.

Basically I generally create my form letters, especially ones that use multiple records, in Access. Its not hard to do and much easier to report on data that spans multiple records.
