How to block this Spam?

How can i do this? I use the online Version. Does this have anything to do with it?

I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

1) Sign in to Communicator.

2) On the Contact menu, click Privacy.

3)Under Visibility and Privacy, in the My Allow List, click the contact whom you want to block, and then click Block.

Tip: To block a contact in your contact list, hold down CONTROL , click the contact, and then click Block.

Hi,

This blog describes how to disable multi threading. I already know this. But this only disables multi threading for the opened excel file. How can multi threading be disabled in general for all Excel files?
