How to change document properties in a SP Library with versioning turned on without...

<br />ich habe nochmal recherchiert und folgende Microsoft Support-Artikel gefunden:
<br />View or change the properties for an Office file (microsoft.com)
<br />Add the file name, date, author or other document properties to a header or footer (microsoft.com)
<br />Ich mache eigentlich genau das, was in den Artikeln beschrieben ist: Document library properties (s. erster Artikel) über die Quick Parts in den Header, Footer (s. zweiter Artikel) und in den Text hinzu. Kannst du bitte nochmal bestätigen, dass diese document library properties innerhalb des Dokumententexts nicht mehr unterstützt werden?

Hello Rudolph,

as you can see, on the picture, the document`s name below the documents picture preview is not seen in full(text).

The name of the document is only seen, if, the mouse pointer / finger rolls over the document = tip function.

The point is, if all my personal templates begins with the same document name, i have to roll over all documents by mouse / finger to finde the right one.

Is there a way change the view, to see at glance the name of the document, without to roll over every one?

Are you able to open the files?

Is the problem that when you are only able to open the files in Read Only mode?

Where your files save to a CD or DVD? If so, the "Read Only" attribute may have been set on and can be turned off by right clicking on a file in Windows Explorer or the File Explorer and then left click on Properties.,

mal schauen, wie ich dir helfen kann.

Musst du unbedingt mit Excel ansprechen, kannst du nicht einfach die Daten in einer CSV-Datei exportieren und damit arbeiten? Es ist viel einfacher und du brauchst dafür keine Bibliotheken oder irgendwelche zusätzliche Komponenten. Wenn Excel sein muss,
schau die folgenden englischen Seite an, dort findest du eine mögliche Lösung:

Bei solche Probleme bist du bei TechNet oder MSDN besser aufgehoben, den meine Kollegen dort haben mehr Praxiserfahrung.
