How to find values with multiple criteria, then display values in Dropdown

I am not sure how this would help in this scenario. I am not trying to look up values, I am counting records. I suppose you mixed up DCount() and DLookup?

Here is what I originally typed:

You can create form letters in Access that can read from multiple records much more easily. You can use text blocks that concatenate in data fields. and then have rows in your detail band or maybe a subreport, to display the multi-row data.

So it translated concatenate to chained and detail band to detail book.

Basically I generally create my form letters, especially ones that use multiple records, in Access. Its not hard to do and much easier to report on data that spans multiple records.
