MS Outlook - ständige Aufforderung: Geben Sie Ihren Benutzernamen und Ihr Kennwort für folgenden Server ein: smtp.office 365.com. Diese Meldung wiederholt sich ständig- und ist nicht wegzubekommen

Guten Tag,

ich heiße Jan und bin ein unabhängiger Berater.

Das hört sich nach einer fehlerhaften .pst Datei an.

Eine Möglichkeit um die datei zu überprüfen ist das "Repair Outlook Data Files- Tool" (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repair...),
das direkt von Microsoft zur Verfügung gestellt wird, und dazu dient, die Dateien zu überprüfen und im Fehlerfall zu reparieren,

benenne die Datei xxx.ost um in xxx.old.

bleiben die Daten auf dem Server bestehen.
