How to sync/download shared files from OneDrive?

Situation/Problem:A friend shared a folder with some files and subfolders with me via OneDrive.Over the entire last year I was able to access OneDrive online via browser, select any files or folders and a "Download" button allowed me to download the selected files/folders.Now I've tried it last week and it doesn't work anymore. No Download button anymore for the shared files/folders also not hidden in any "..." submenu or panel.If I open a file I can view it and then I also see a "Download" button e.g. when viewing a PDF - but always having to open a file to see a "Download" button...not

Thank you so much! It finally worked! The file wasn't there, so I reinstalled Word. I don't understand how that was different from the reinstallation I had done a couple of days ago, but good to have the link you shared to be able to update from there anytime.

Anscheinend akzeptiert Office andere Domains beim Login nicht. Mit Alias klappt es super.

Momentan ist das Synchronisieren mit OneDrive / OneDrive for Business von freigegebene Dateien von andere Office 365 Organisationen nicht möglich. Du kannst nur Dateien, die in deinen Tenant sind synchronisieren.

Damit die gewünschte von dir Funktionalität implementiert wird, kannst du

hier abstimmen und deine Meinung und Vorschläge darüber den Entwickler mitteilen.
