HTML not displaying correctly in Outlook 2016

My outlook client does not display HTML mails correctly. The HTML seems to not be parsed at all.

See examples below.

Also see Outlook settings to verify that I allow CSS and have the "reduce size" feature switched off.

Furthermore I tried uninstalling and disabling all plugins I can.

I have made all Windows updates. And here are the system information.

Other pathes I have tried already:

Uninstall Outlook

Reinstalled 64 and 32 bit versions

Delete all existing profiles

Start with new profile

Delete entire Outlook folder which held previous log and config files

The only hint I have regarding root cause is: Ca 6 months ago our company switched to Gsuite. That's when the issue started. There are no leftovers from Gsuite after switching back to Office365 today. But the issue with the HTML persists.

Please help.

 das Problem taucht unter bestimmten Versionen auf (du hast die von dir verwendete nicht genannt) und ist bekannt:
 Embedded Excel Spreadsheet not Displaying in Word (Mac) - Microsoft Community
 MacOS: Microsoft Word not displaying pasted Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Community
 Ich selbst verwende kein Office für Mac, entnehme den Diskussionen aber, dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt, das letzte Update zu entfernen.

But only displaying all the Devanagari glyphs as depicted in Unicode ranges U+0900 to U+097F inclusive all the Vowel's combinations correctly.

But when i tried to input these Vowel's combinations in Office 2010 via the same keyboard layout (working correctly in LibreOffice) I got no results.

Result:

Office 2010 seems to be incompatible to Windows 8 CP.

 Vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Ist genau das Problem. Habe auch die Version 16.56 und werde jetzt wieder die Version 16.55 installieren.
