I cannot receive or send emails since yesterday

Hi all,I cannot receive or send emails since yesterday. I have enough storage, I have changed my password but nothing works. I see that I now have 19 unread emails, but cannot see the new ones. I tested sending an email from my work email to my private one, but I get this reply: Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'.Does anybody know how to solve this problem? I cannot find the solution via the checklists here... Many thanks in advance

Check all you anwsers. Still same problem. When sending from (for example) temp mail of a provider it does not get to my mail box.
Any further kind of checking the issue. I also checked MxToolBox if MX is Microsoft.

Hi Stefan, hope you're doing well. I’m Ian, and I’m happy to help you today.

The issue in receiving emails could be due to a change in your Junk mail settings, among other things. Below is a list of the settings that you can check, which is derived from the support article also found below.

1. Check your Junk folder for the missing emails.

2. Make sure your mailbox isn't full or close to its limit.

3. Check your Inbox filter and Sort settings.

4. If Focused Inbox is enabled, check your Other tab for the missing emails.

5. Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders list.

6. Check your email rules.

7. Check to see if email Forwarding is enabled.

8. Check if your account is blocked.

9. Remove some connected accounts in excess of 20.

10.Contact the sender and inform them about the issue so they can also check on their end.
