I can't reset my password or login into my Microsoft Account...

<br />I try to place my problem in english.
<br />My admin account of our NGO Office365 plan was secured by 2factor authentification with my mobile phone.
<br />I can't use the phone anymore and changed from Android to iOS.
<br />So it is not possible to use a backup of the Microsoft Authentificator App.
<br />Normaly there is also the method of using a SMS code or a phone call to the mobile number.
<br />But not in my case, the only methods are with the Authentificator App.
<br />My mobile phone is stored in my account, but who can help to active the method with SMS oder phone?
<br />There is a possibility to reset password with SMS or phone, this still works, but I know my password, the only problem is the missing link in my Authentificator App.

hier auf Microsoft Account und klicken Sie auf "I've forgotten my password".

This Microsoft account / Outlook account thing is really confusing.

I do use the very same non-outlook e-mail Address to login into my Microsoft account, Office 365 and outlook.com. And it is shown as alias account already.. It also shows a cryptic outlook-lots of numbers- account which is probably the underlying MS account. But I have never used that, or have login infos for it and actually I have no idea what's it about.. It's extremely confusing and so much more complicated than ANY other software solution/company/digital services I know of so far. Normally you register with a given e-mail account, choose password and that's it.

Ok, what happens when you use this outlook.com calender option and have calender saved there and you are offline, because there is no internet connection? Will outlook still show the last calender, or will it simply say it can't access the calender on outlook.com without internet?! That's one of the reasons why I personally insist of working from a local installed software instead of online service only. Sometimes I have to work/access my data offline.

It's a Samsung S10 Android based phone. I'll take a look at the suggested tool, thx!

Is there a way to put all 6TB into one account - for me there is no need to have a second or third account - I will use these 6TB for my own.
So this would be a way to overthink my decision.

i can speak english too. i dont know why tho. it was all in german on the site i posted it.
<br />the problem is i have my email adress and my password. i just dont get the verfication code to change my password. it never arrives.
<br />the problem was on my series x my friendslist went from 11 around to over 30 over night and i dont know how. i never accepted these "friends" yet they all were in my list suddenly so i asked on reddit and people a-said i should change my password as someone got in and accepted the friends . it makes no sense to me but its the only plausible option i can think off. all i know is i also downloaded the xbox app on my iphone yesterday to chat with someone. but idk how that would lead to such a mess. i dont want friends i never ever heard of in my list or played or anything.
