the problem is with Microsoft account back end services

they have not acknowledged the issue and may not be aware of it as it doesn't affect enterprise accounts

the workaround at the moment is to login via account.microsoft.com, then once signed in you should be able navigate to outlook.live.com/awo

The procedure I followed may contain unnecessary steps, but I include them in case they are required.

1. Open a Powershell window with Administrator privileges and run the following to remove the Outlook component:

Get-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online | where-object {$_.packagename –like "*Outlook*"} | Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online

2. Next run this in the same Powershell window - not sure if it's necessary or not:

Get-AppxPackage "*Outlook*" | Remove-AppxPackage

3. Finally, in a non-admin Powershell window, run the command from 2 again.

Get-AppxPackage "*Outlook*" | Remove-AppxPackage

This should remove the installer for all new accounts and the folder that iCloud is using.

I would suggest restarting the PC now and then either reinstalling or running a repair on your regular installed version of Office. Hopefully this will clear the problem.

I do not understand what information the computer support wants.
I get most of my bills on this account - so I really do need the information.
Therefore i need human support.
Do you know what does support need, so that I can verify that the hotmail account is mine?
Do you know if a human support is at all availible a Microsoft - and how they can be reached?

As an FYI if the mail is missing from the shared side but are in the owners folder: right click on the folder and choose Properties. Then click Clear offline items. This will resync the folder when you are using cached mode.

If the messages are on the shared side but did not sync up to the owner's mailbox, you need to select the messages and copy them to a new folder. I would never 'move' - only copy.

If you right click on the folder, choose Properties then Folder size - is it 0?

It's possible the missing messages are in the purges folder, but it depends on the configuration of your exchange server.

If the shared folder was cached on user1's side, there is a possibility that the messages are in the cache, but AFAIK, ost recovery software can't 'see' it. I have a list of recommended software here -

I have created my own shortcuts in MS WORD, f.e. command+control+r gets my characters red.
<br />For different reasons I created two accounts on my Macbook (iOS Big Sur):
<br />- The first one has an data immigration by Time Machine. But this produces a littel other problem, which is not off topic here. To fix this I create a secona account

<br />- The second account: All datas were put on there manuel from a second backup, so all the applications. That means the application are "fresh", without my individual created shortcut.
<br />-> My question is: Where does Mac OS hide these indidual shortcuts, so I can go into the system of the first account, copy that file and move it to the system of the second account.
<br />I thought to rember, that they are in the "hidden library". You can open it: finder menu -> go to + option --> then you look in the folder preferences for com.microsoft.Word.plist
<br />I found this file and some others with this beginning. I copied them and moved them into the same folder of the second account's system. But it changed nothing.
