No it can't be transferred, Any money in your Microsoft account not from a promotional gift card is “non-promotional” and has no expiration date.

Are you using the full feature software/drivers as supplied by the printer maker or are you relying on the default win update drivers, I some how think you are using the latter.
<br />I have no issues on any PC, as I'm using the full feature software from HP

I appreciate your thorough analysis of the problem, you have done a lot of the troubleshooting.

i am also sure you have tried accessing OneDrive.com from another browser.

What I noticed is that this is a Work or School account that was assigned to you from your organization.

I will have to ask one more thing for you to do, have you contacted the IT Dept of the organization? There could be something wrong with your access and if that is the case there is nothing much you or anyone else can do other than what you have done already. So they will need to check it from their Administrator end and let us know if the account is not experiencing any change to access or having any issue itself.

It is from their reply we can know what to do next, they may need to contact their link to Business Support to clear this for you. Please speak to them and let us know
