Thanks for your reply. After opening the "Finder" and opening "Home" from the "Go" menu, there is no "Library". Am I searching in the wrong place? I also tried searching for the file "com.microsoft.Word.plist" via "Go to Folder", but it could not be found.

i installed it already. but now it says i already connected the office version to another pc. And the other PC is dead bec i resetted it.

Turn on the Inquire add-inYou want to use the tools in the Spreadsheet Inquire add-in for Excel, but you don't see the Inquire tab in the Excel ribbon. You first need to turn on the Inquire add-in.

1. Click File > Options > Add-Ins.

2. Make sure COM Add-ins is selected in the Manage box, and click Go.

3. In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, make sure the box next to Inquire Add-in is selected.

Note If you don't see an entry for Inquire Add-in in the COM Add-Ins dialog box, it's because either your version of Office or Excel doesn't include it, or your organization's system administrator has made it unavailable. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 includes the Inquire add-in for Excel.
<br />After the add-in is turned on, the Inquire tab will appear in Excel.
<br />Important: This feature isn’t available in Office on a Windows RT PC. Inquire is only available in the Office Professional Plus and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise editions. Want to see what version of Office you're using?

"Send to E-Mail" function uses SimpleMAPI and it would compose a new message windows with your
default account. I can reproduce it in my Outlook 2010 even we have enabled the option in File > Option > Mail > Tracking.

For further checking, I also tested it in Outlook 2013 and still got the same behavior. Hope the next package would fix it.

I re-installed the latest version windows 10 version 1709. I have typed the WinWord in the search, and word appears but cannot drug it to the taskbar. i bought my laptop through my internet provider with windows and excel in it, now they have disappeared.
Please help because i am stranded!!
