yes I have the old "Groove" synchro but need further help:

I have W10 and see the dark blue cloud icon in my tasklist with "oneDrive - "my account" aktuell"

Then started the Support- und Wiederherstellungs-Assistenten für Office 365with Onedrive for business

but got just the info that some files "thumbs.db" are not synchronized due to some characters, this is OK no problem.

I do not need any old shrepoint or onedrive Synchrofiles.

I see just "Wenn Sie nicht über Windows 10 oder Office 2016 verfügen, installieren Sie die Windows-Version des

neuen OneDrive-Synchronisierungs Clients." but I have Office 2019 with W10; so this semms not to be an option? What to do?

<br />I've tried everything you proposed but it all leads nowhere.
<br />The core of the problem is:
<br />Microsoft denies to recover ma account so I don't have access to it.
<br />And therefore I cannot quit the subscription.
<br />But what is worse:
<br />I cannot erase the credit card information from that "lost" account.
<br />So MS will keep on withdrawing money from my credit card for something I cannot use.
<br />And I can't do anything because I don't have access to that account.
<br />And there is no way to get someone from MS on the phone.
<br />It's a nightmare...
<br />I appreciate your help very much, but the standard procedures don't get me nowhere.
<br />I'm afraid that the only way to stop this is to suspend my credit card.

I am , Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. You should create a new notebook in Onenote online and copy the sections there from these .one files (on a Windows computer). Then you can access these onenotes from your Mac also

if I could - instead of installing Win 10 and OneNote 2016 - just subscribe to Microsoft 365 to get access to my old OneNote files on my MAC? - This won't work.
