Dear MS Community,Please call me at 49-261-33309. The Microsoft Help team is not trained on MS 365 ONLINE. The help team gave up after 90 minutes.I need help regarding MS 365 WORD ONLINE. The software auto-realigns my left-aligned letter and sets it into an enforced block letter mode.The letters are scrambled all over the page.I am very thankful for the help and hope that you will call me.Thank you.Kindest regards,Tom Ka

yes I have the old "Groove" synchro but need further help:

I have W10 and see the dark blue cloud icon in my tasklist with "oneDrive - "my account" aktuell"

Then started the Support- und Wiederherstellungs-Assistenten für Office 365with Onedrive for business

but got just the info that some files "thumbs.db" are not synchronized due to some characters, this is OK no problem.

I do not need any old shrepoint or onedrive Synchrofiles.

I see just "Wenn Sie nicht über Windows 10 oder Office 2016 verfügen, installieren Sie die Windows-Version des

neuen OneDrive-Synchronisierungs Clients." but I have Office 2019 with W10; so this semms not to be an option? What to do?

Unfortunately there is nothing automatic to do this, but I do agree it is a good suggestion. I would recommend submitting this as feedback using the in app help menu.

I believe the API you are using needs access to Azure Active Directory, but you would need to consult with the documentation to confirm this, or a software developer for further assistance.
