I want to revive my account

I created a hotmail account approximately 5 years ago. I want to regain access to it, I havent logged in it in years now.I have completely forgotten the password and the number linked to that account is one that I dont have access to anymore as I moved countries and my old sim card has been thrown away, so I cant receive any SMS . I tried filling out the form that they tell you to fill out multiple times but they said no everytime.Would it be possible to regain access to it? Maybe using ID or some sort of proof.

I repeat again, my point is that I want to make a screencast video using PowerPoint. In this video you can see the interface of PowerPoint. I want to re-license this video with an open license. So I want to allow others to copy, modify, distribute, display, license or sell the video.

And then everybody can add his file with a link and can edit it from the browser? Or can just I use my own files?
 Edit: I don‘t want to sign in. I just want to use the share link

I ran the following test:

I took a .docx file I created on my office PC which was stored on our server and saved it locally to my PC harddrive. I then save a copy as .doc as well. Then I emailed both files to my office Outlook account AND my iCloud account (with one email).

BOTH files did NOT open from my Outlook account and BOTH files just opened fine from my iCloud account.

I then forwarded the email from my Outlook account to my iCloud account and now BOTH files did NOT open anymore.

So it seems that my Outlook account (Exchange server) corrupts the files.

Can that be?

Solved my problem.

Here what helped me:

1)Go to settings->Programs(or applications not sure use not English version). Find OneNote, enter advanced settings, and clear OneNote app (or reset idk).

2)After that when I was entering OneNote I needed to chose what Microsoft account I want to use. When I was using my home account, nothing worked properly, again and again got the same error. Than I changed my account to another one and boom I entered app.

3)After that, inside application I changed account to mine.

All options related to fonts and colors can be accessed by clicking Design, then Styles, and then Customize. If you have any questions about what the different options do, feel free to respond and I can answer.

I know about the three options but my problem is, i want to change, for example, only the color of the title. how i can modify the design specific for that part of my sway i want.
