Impossible to save my documents

Guten Tag, ich kann meine offenen Word docs nicht speichern und schliessen. Es zeigt dann ein Fenster "Dateizugriff erteilen" im angehängten Screenshot, aber lässt mich das zu speichernde Doc nicht auswählen. Ebenfalls beginnt das Regenbogen-Rad zu drehen, wie wenn word eingefroren wäre.Dies passiert sowohl bei früher bereits gesicherten Docs, wie auch bei neuen Docs, die noch keinen Namen haben.Muss ich das MacBook macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 runterfahren? Aber dann verliere ich die Änderungen.Kann ich in dem Fall die Dokumente wieder recovern mit den letzen Änderungen? Wie würde das gehen? Wo gi

kind thankd for your reply. I already tried this problem solution beforehand and checked all settings as well. However, it doesn‘t help. Whilst on my iPhone i can select where to save the file I intend to download:

- On my iPhone

- In iCloud

- In OneDrive

- In Google Drive

I‘m not able to get this option implemented on my iPad. There, the option „OneDrive“ is missing. Somethings is going wrong here.

I ran the following test:

I took a .docx file I created on my office PC which was stored on our server and saved it locally to my PC harddrive. I then save a copy as .doc as well. Then I emailed both files to my office Outlook account AND my iCloud account (with one email).

BOTH files did NOT open from my Outlook account and BOTH files just opened fine from my iCloud account.

I then forwarded the email from my Outlook account to my iCloud account and now BOTH files did NOT open anymore.

So it seems that my Outlook account (Exchange server) corrupts the files.

Can that be?

Die Zusammenarbeit wird viel einfacher in SharePoint als in OneDrive for Business verwaltet, weil SharePoint dafür entwickelt worden ist.

Anstatt nur die OneDrive für Business Bibliotheken zu verwenden, kann Dein Kunde die SharePoint Bibliotheken nehmen. SharePoint ist für Zusammenarbeit entwickelt und die lässt sich viel einfacher Verwalten. Tipps findest Du
