Installation Microsoft Office 2016 Professionell Plus

Hallo, habe ein Microsoft Account und nutze z.B. PP online. Heute habe ich bei rakuten.de die Software "MS Office 2016 Professionell Plus" gekauft. Per Mail die Downloadlinks erhalten und den Produktkey. Alles über amazon runtergeladen, Setup.exe gestartet. Dann die Meldung "das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden" HÄÄÄ wieso, warum nicht...

2. Versuch online über office/setup. Mein Konto und Installation. Frage nach Produktkey, habe ich dann dort eingegeben. Danach die Ansage...Ihr Konto kann momentan nicht angelegt werden.

Wat nu...habs schon ein paar mal erneut probiert, immer das selbe. Kann mir da jemand helfen?

Lizenz für Microsoft Office 365 Single.

Erworben direkt auf Microsoft Homepage.

Und komischerweise habe ich jetzt eine Kopie von Office Professionell Plus 2016 drauf und da wird immer nach Lizenz ändern gefragt .

Habe jetzt alles deinstalliert und hätte es wieder zum installieren probiert aber da kommt immer wieder das Office Professionell Plus 2016.

Im Einzelhandel ist Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus nicht erhältlich.

Beim Erwerb eines Nutzungsrechts von Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus im Rahmen eines Volumenlizenzvertrages kannst du nicht überprüfen, ob die Anzahl der zulässigen Aktivierungen bereits erreicht worden ist. Weiter kann nicht überprüft werden, ob
der Volumenlizenzvertrag noch aktiv und gültig ist.
