    Installation Outlook 2019


    Hallo,


    wir haben das Paket Office Home & Student mit einem neune PC gekauft.

    Die vorinstallieren Apps Excel, Word, PowerPoint und OneNote konnten wir auch aktivieren und nutzen.

    Outlook fehlt leider auf dem Rechner bzw. ist nicht zu finden.


    Wie gehen wir jetzt vor?

    Zur Installation neben einer Installation von Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student (Produkt-Key-Card-Version) muss Microsoft Outlook als Produkt-Key-Card-Version (Microsoft Store) erworben werden: https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/microsoft-365/p/outlook/cfq7ttc0k7c4.
    Eine Volumenlizenzversion von Microsoft Outlook 2019 kann nicht zusätzlich zu Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student (Produkt-Key-Card-Version) installiert werden.
    Wo wurde deine Lizenz zu Microsoft Outlook 2019 erworben?
    Ich freue mich auf deine Rückmeldung.

    Office 2016 verliert nach Neustart (macOS High Sierra) Lizenz

    Moin,

    Office 2019 habe ich nicht, nur Office 2016. Das klappt wie gesagt - Installation und Aktivierung.

    Mit Outlook 2019 kommt das Problem. Gekauft habe ich es direkt online bei Microsoft.

    Office 2016 habe ich damals bei Amazon.de gekauft - direkt von Amazon.

    Office Home & Student 2019 parallel zu Outlook 2019 installieren.

    Hallo Boris,

    vielen Dank für deine Nachricht.

    Führe einen Doppelklick auf die heruntergeladene Installationsdatei von Microsoft Outlook 2019 aus.

    Wähle dann den Ordner "Office" aus.

    Starte danach die Installation der 64-bit Version über das Ausführen der Datei "setup64.exe".

    Konnte Microsoft Outlook 2019 erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?
