Is it possible to have one non profit organization and two tenants ?

I appreciate your thorough analysis of the problem, you have done a lot of the troubleshooting.

i am also sure you have tried accessing OneDrive.com from another browser.

What I noticed is that this is a Work or School account that was assigned to you from your organization.

I will have to ask one more thing for you to do, have you contacted the IT Dept of the organization? There could be something wrong with your access and if that is the case there is nothing much you or anyone else can do other than what you have done already. So they will need to check it from their Administrator end and let us know if the account is not experiencing any change to access or having any issue itself.

It is from their reply we can know what to do next, they may need to contact their link to Business Support to clear this for you. Please speak to them and let us know

Thanks a lot for the reply! If you dont mind, I would like to elobarate my question in english. First problem is that I would like to add a word document (coverpage) to my word document. This coverpage is already prepared. But I have to merge this two word documents. How is it possible? The second problem is when I add a header in the coverpage, it appears in the other pages also. How can I fix the header just in the first page? Third problem is that I have deleted some references in the bibliography, when I update the bibliography, the deleted references don't disappear. How can I fix it?

Sorry but it would be really helpful if the description of the problem were read properly. It is precisely because it is not possible to do this that I posted here in the first place. When I try to do anything with that account it refuses to let me in and gives the error message that the account name does not exist. It does. Microsoft created it. I have no access to it, that is the problem.

i need to get the Highest Scores from Cell BB6 to BD27 which are merged , and after achieving the result i need that how many Balls have been Played to reach this Score , and then if Possible to get the Player Name , can any One help

You missed to specifiy the search criterium for MATCH.

If you have merged cells you have to change the selected cell references to the first column:

G73: =INDEX(AZ6:AZ27,MATCH(F73,BB6:BB27,0))

So the player name is in the same row:

I73: =INDEX(E6:E27,MATCH(F73,BB6:BB27,0))
