Dear Support Team,I had a bicycle accident on Saturday and unfortunately fell on my phone. The device still works, but the screen was almost completely destroyed. I was able to recover some of my data, except for the data from the Microsoft Authenticator app.A phone repair technician was able to temporarily attach a provisional screen, which allowed me to start transferring my data to a new phone. However, I didn’t have a backup for the Authenticator app linked to a Microsoft email account.I tried to sign in using *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and received a message stating that a code was sent,

Wenn deine Office 365 für Business Organisation mehrstufige Authentifizierung (MFA) für Microsoft 365 verwendet, wird möglicherweise die Microsoft
Authenticator-Smart Phone-Anwendung nötig. Wenn der Admin keine MFA für den Office 365 für Business Account konfiguriert hat, kann man die Anwendungen auf mobilen Geräten ohne die Microsoft Authenticator-Smart
Phone-Anwendung zu verwenden. Ich nehme an bei dir in der Firma wurde die MFA für alle aktiviert, während du die mobilen Anwendungen genutzt hast und du solltest die Authenticator Anwendung nicht einfach
löschen. Hast du keine E-Mail auf deine alternative E-Mail-Adresse bekommen? Der Admin ist sonst in der Lage die MFA für dein Konto auszuschalten, falls nötig dein Password zurücksetzen und wenn du wieder eingeloggt bist, die MFA
erneut aktivieren, damit du den QR Code bekommst.

Hi Peter,

I am getting the same issue accessing the people page.

On IE 11, I try either typing the URL
https://people.live.com/ or using the link in the Outlook.com mail page and I get an HTTP 404 Not Found.

On Chrome, it works!

So it look an issue only on with IE, at least IE 11.

Could someone at MS look at IE compatibility?

Hi there,

Did you manage to resolve this issue. It is the same I have encountered. I have removed Power Map and reinstalled Office. My issue started after I changed the Graphics Settings but can't establish if they are stored in the registry or the file system.

A really annoying issue with a great product.

 that was the issue. Thanks!
 The app was blocked in Google Family Link.
 After enabling it everything works as expected.

 By any chance do you have Norton Antivirus installed? If yes, do you mind uninstalling Norton and check the behaviour again?
 I have someone known fixed this same issue after uninstalling Norton from his Mac.
