Issue with send/receive stuck on progress

Dear all, the following issue recently occured in my outlook app. I'm running Microsoft 365 on Windows 10, it's my business account. As a side information because I'm suspecting it might be connected: I have a seperate 365 account, that is provided to me by one of my clients. My problem occurs in Outlook, I'm using the "old" outlook. I have several mail accounts configured in outlook GMX IMAP and others, my business mail account is an exchange account and it was running fine forever basically.Since a few weeks outlook startet behaving strangely and got stuck in the send/receive progress, s

There are currently issues with the Outlook.com service. Users may be unable to log in, or send and receive emails through Outlook.com. The issue is being actively worked on by Microsoft Engineers.

I do not have any problem.
- When I log into the same PC with different user, I can add the mailbox without any issue.

So there can not be autodiscover problem or outdated outlook.

* The issue needs to be related with some bug on my user windows profile.

Hi Peter,

I am getting the same issue accessing the people page.

On IE 11, I try either typing the URL
https://people.live.com/ or using the link in the Outlook.com mail page and I get an HTTP 404 Not Found.

On Chrome, it works!

So it look an issue only on with IE, at least IE 11.

Could someone at MS look at IE compatibility?
