Issues with OneDrive and SharePoint Sync: Scans Not Syncing to PC

sync notes between an Android phone and a computer.

You can use a web browser to access your OneDrive account.
After you log in, your notes will automatically sync.

1. Open onedrive.comfrom your computer
and log in with your Microsoft account.

2.
Find the notebook you want and click it to open it in OneNote or OneNote Online.

Synchronization occurs automatically when you switch between notes and sections.
For example, if you enter a new note and then go back to the section view, the new notes are synchronized with OneDrive.

· * Tap the overflow menu and press Sync
All to syncall notes and sections, as well as all new OneDrive notebooks, on the Synchronize Notebook page.

I understand your concern is regarding possibility of your company being able to access your data on Personal OneDrive.

Please find my answers in the same order:

1. If you have enabled sync from your personal OneDrive to local folder and your company has any rule/policy enabled to scan/access your local files, then they could possibly access those files.

2. Folders that are 'Online' available only will not be accessible as they would need your credentials to access.

3. Admin will not be able to login to your Personal OneDrive as that would also require your credentials.

mit dem externen User haben wir die Anleitung befolgt und er kann immer noch nicht zugreifen. Der externe User hat im Azure folgende Meldung gefunden:

Die Anweisungen im Link haben wir auch durchgeführt und er kommt immer noch nicht auf den SharePoint. Die erstmalige Anmeldung funktioniert, da wird noch ein Sicherheitscode von Microsoft abgefragt. Die Funktion "angemeldet bleiben" funktioniert auch nicht,
der externe User muss immer wieder seine Zugangsdaten eingeben und bekommt dann die erste Fehlermeldung.

Please try resetting the OneDrive app as described in the following article and try again:

Please resetting Microsoft OneDrive can sometimes resolve sync issues and resets all OneDrive settings. OneDrive will perform full sync after the reset.

You won't lose any data by resetting or uninstalling OneDrive.

Ja es gibt noch zwei Möglichkeiten mit OneDrive for Business direkt in Windows zu arbeiten.



Variante 1, siehe -> "How to configure and to troubleshoot
mapped network drives that connect to SharePoint Online sites in Office 365".



Darin gibt es eine sehr ausführliche Anleitung über die Einrichtung. Wichtig dabei ist - Internet Explorer nutzen, beim Anmelden bei Office 365 die Option "Angemeldet bleiben" abhacken und die SharePoint Online Seite
zu den vertrauenswürdigen Seiten in Internet Explorer hinzufügen.



Variante 2 - "How to use the "Open with Explorer" command to troubleshoot issues
in SharePoint Online".



Beachte: "Wenn im Menü Einstellungen die Option Menüband anzeigen nicht vorhanden ist, müssen Sie
zuerst in der unteren linken Ecke auf zur klassischen OneDrive zurückkehren klicken, um zur klassischen Ansicht zurückzukehren, und wählen Sie dann die Option anzeigen
Menü Band Option. Um zur neuen OneDrive -Ansicht zurückzukehren, klicken Sie im Office 365-App-Startfeld auf den Link OneDrive."
