Kernel_Security_Check_Failure (Windows 10, Surface Pro 3)

Hallo zusammen,

seit geraumer Zeit (ca. 1 Monat) tritt bei meinem Surface Pro 3 (128GB SSD, 4GB Ram, Core i5; aktuelle non-insider-build) in völlig unregelmäßigen Abständen (manchmal zwei-, dreimal hintereinander, dann zwei Wochen überhaupt nicht) folgender Fehler auf:

Es erscheint ein Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) mit der Fehlermeldung: Kernel_Security_Check_Failure.

Leider ist mir auch nach einiger Suche im WorldWideWeb nicht klar, worauf dieser Fehlercode überhaupt verweist (ob es z.B. ein Hardware- oder Softwarefehler ist) und was zu tun ist.

Driver Verifier

Zeigen alle ein fehlerfreies Arbeiten an.

Hat irgendjemand noch eine Idee, woran das liegen kann oder was ich machen kann?
