Keyboard/Touchpad stop working after sleep mode/lid down on Surface Laptop 4.

we are having this problem in our company , the keyboard/touchpad stop working on Surface devices. Surface book 2 and Surface laptop 4on Surface book 2, the keyboard/tocuhpad stopped working afer upgrading to the latest Windows 11 Version 22H2 , the only solution was deleting the update and restoring the late version. on Surface Laptop 4 , the Keyboard/Touchpad stopped working many times after waking the device from sleep mode/ Lid off and the only solution i found is to make a Hard reset. I think it has something to do with Energy-Safe .I need a solution that ends the problem. Best Regards
