Ich habe zwei Outlook Mail installiert, nicht benutzt, und die Passwörter vergessen. Eine Wiederherstellung mit Microsoft ist nicht möglich weil ich mich zu wenig identifizieren kann. Wie muss ich vorgehen?

Hier habe ich aber keine Einstellungsmöglichkeiten zu einer Weiterleitung finden können....

Oder es kommt folgende Nachricht. (wenn ich mich im portal unter dieser Email eingeloggt habe!)

I highly suggest ignoring that email, it's just a phishing email. The point is, if you log in to your account at least once in the last 2 years then you don't need to worry about the account closure. Microsoft will never be notifying you about closing accounts, and moreover, an account can only be closed either manually by the account owner, or if the account has been inactive for about two years.

Yea this is what I am trying to do. But when I do this, I only get a mesage about adding my e-mail account and not the microsft account asosiatet with that e-mail.
