Login an activation of Office 2021 not possible

Dear ladies and gentlemen,we reinstalled one of our maschiens and we would like to install Office 2021 again.We have access to the connected mail and the microsoft account.However when trying to login to the microsoft account from the Applications we get forwarded to what looks like a O365 login.However th account the is not recognised as a Microsoft account and cannot be logged in.We assume that the issue originates from the fact that the used account isn't a O365 account and the login always redirects us.

Dear Sneha,
I found the problem.
It was a problem in the logic of the form.
If I enable multiple responses, then the branching of single responses is of course not possible

Nun habe ich gemäß deinem Vorschlag nochmals

eingegeben und erhalte :

Und was bringt mir dieser Hinweis?
