Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Based on your description, we understand that you are facing such issue for the error code 0x80200049 and generally as per our understanding, this error occurred due to Local Global Address List Not Updating in
Outlook. But before go for any suggestions, we request you to kindly provide us entire screenshot for your error message, so we can help to assist you further.



Meanwhile for Office 365 Business account, we suggest you to login to
Outlook Web App and check if any error occurred at the time of sending email. If error occurred, kindly share screenshot for the error message.

For Outlook client issue, we would like to suggest you to try to start Outlook in safe mode (outlook /safe) and check the result. If it works in safe mode, issue is with extra Add-ins. Remove/disable all extra
Add-ins one by one to check the issue.



Further, we observed that your language is German and you posted your issue in O365 Business Online English language Team, so if you need the German language support, we request you to kindly update here, so we can arrange German language support for you.
