wird Exchange Hybrid verwendet? Hast du ADFS im Einsatz? Ist der UPN on-premises gleich der primarySMTPDomain?

Als Workaround: Modern Authentication für Outlook 2013 und in EXO aktivieren. Outlook 2010 verwendet Basic Authentication, d.h. das Anmeldefenster kommt IMMER, das ist "by design", außer man wählt Passwort speichern aus.

Ggf. sind bei deinem Test mit dem anderen Client die Anmeldeinformationen im Windows-Tresor gespeichert (Systemsteuerung).

Outlook 2010 kann kein single-sign on, daher ist hier wenig zu machen.

-> if I delete the aad entries in credential manager it works until I log in newly the password promt occurs again
I heard that there is a Microsoft issue with Server 2019 and WAM and the only solution is to disable WAM, which is not supported by Microsoft, so what to do best?

Unfortunately the fonds are not the problem. It´s the right citatio, that does not work. I had a phone-support for 40 minutes with Microsoft Austria, but the couldn´t help me either. I think the problem is a faulty update by Microsoft. By the way: this problem concerns to more users, as I was told by the support-Lady.
I claimed to inform Microsoft to put it in order.
